At For the Need Foundation (FTN), our very small team of staff and active board members ensures the success of our programs both behind the scenes and at the center-stage. As we look to grow & streamline our Bow & Arrow Program, we need YOU to join our team!
Our main program is the Bow & Arrow Mentorship Program, an events-based program for children and their families who are experiencing homelessness and poverty. Each event is centered around one of our six main themes including goal setting, relationship building, grit & resilience / physical fitness, mental wellness, finances & education, and giving back.
We believe that with these priceless life skills, the children in our program can grow up confident, hopeful, secure, and prepared to conquer the challenges they face and to reach their unique potential.
A note on faith: our founders, staff, and many of our volunteers are motivated by their Christian faith and inspired by Christian and family values, but we welcome qualified individuals as staff, volunteers, and participants without regard to their faith or beliefs.
